Summer Layering

I don't think it's a secret that I'm obsessed with J.Crew.  Everything about the brand is timeless, yet the are always on-trend.  They offer perfect closet staples as well as quirky trend pieces.  Gayle (Spannaus that is...  I like to think we are on a first name basis) was nice enough to send out an e-mail a couple days ago discussing light layering.  One of the suggestions was to do some tonal layering with vests and popovers, so I decided to do just that yesterday!

Color & Lace

I felt so colorful in this outfit yesterday!  It was actually too hot for the blazer which is amazing but I wanted to show you all what it looked like with the blazer.

Feeling very J. Crew

I was feeling very inspired by J. Crew when I got dressed this morning!  Even though the skirt is from Forever 21, it still had a very J. Crew lace skirt feel.  Hope you all have a great week - it's back from vacation and back to the grind for me!
