TGIF/Bringing it Back!

Happy Friday Friends!  What are you up to this weekend?  I'll be running a fundraising event for work tomorrow and hanging out with family on Sunday.  Btw, who's excited for the Fourth??!  I know I am!  I'm even more excited because I get to go to Montana for a couple of days with the BF to stay with some friends.  So excited!

Anyway, last week I hinted at a trend I'd like to bring back.  A trend that will greatly expand the versatility of your dresses!  Let's bring back the shirt-tied-up-over-a-dress look!  I know, I might be crazy, but during #StyleMeMarch we were challenged to "layer over or under a dress" so I wore this:

And I find myself continuing to layer over dresses.  It's great!  Here is my look from last week:

Mint + Gold

Still in the middle of Rodeo stuff!  As much as I love this time of year it can be quite exhausting!

I wore this combo a while ago and I am completely in love with it!  The gold in the skirt makes me so happy every time I put it on and the necklace + shirt color combo made me feel so good all day.

Color & Lace

I felt so colorful in this outfit yesterday!  It was actually too hot for the blazer which is amazing but I wanted to show you all what it looked like with the blazer.
