The Right... Party Frock

Guys.  The holiday party circuit is almost over.  Insert tears of joy and tears of sadness.  I think I've said this already but I felt like this holiday season was the craziest one yet (mostly because I had more events in my personal life than in my work life, which is hard to beat sometimes!).  I enjoyed every bit of it and I still have a couple of brunches/secret santa exchanges/white elephant parties to attend.  I'm headed home for the holidays tomorrow for the week (with a slight detour to SF for the weekend - #happydance) and I'll be posting next week but might be taking the next week off.  Sometimes a girl's just gotta re-group.    Today's party frock is brough to you by LuLu's who never disappoints in the party dress department.  I love how festive it is without being so literal, and the back of this dress drapes so nicely.

East v. West Style: Girls Night Out

I can't imagine a more fun holiday party than a little gift exchange and soiree with all my girlfriends.  Call me anti-boy if you want but I guess I just have more fun with my girls sometimes!  Given the freezing temps in NYC right now I'd definitely opt for a jacket/pant combo for a party and night out, and what better thing to reach for than some embellished clothes?

Holiday Party Attire Pt. 1

I've decided to do a little series and give you all some holiday party outfit ideas!  Check in on Tuesdays/Thursdays (with the exception of this coming Thursday, interrupted by my Thanksgiving post) for the next three weeks for some outfit inspo!

This first post I focused on the amazing tulle skirt from Anthropologie.  With the blazer on top you can mix and match the blouse underneath and pair heels to match.  What would you pair with this skirt?
