Sweaters and Puffy Jackets

The last week or so (well I guess now it was the week leading up to last Saturday) was very chilly in NYC! I didn't have anything heavier than a trench coat and I had been eyeing this jacket at Joe Fresh for a while. I popped in after the Brooklyn Bridge adventure last Friday (more on that tomorrow) and it was actually on sale!! So naturally I snagged it!

Also our stuff arrived from the big move so I was able to pull out the rest of my sweaters - just in time for the weather to warm up again this week (I hope you sense the sarcasm but I'm definitely not complaining).

    Great coat! I love how simple and neutral this outfit is but made really interesting and luxe with all the different textures.

    And I'm with you on being fine with a little warm up... there will be plenty of time to wear those coats & sweaters coming up!
