"A Day In My Life" Guest Post!

Hi there! My name is Sara and I currently blog for A Day in my Life. 

A little background on me: Tracy and I went to college together in Reno and recently reconnected through the blogging world. After college, I moved to Washington, DC and started my new life here in the city. I started off working on Capitol Hill and recently took a position working in social media for a non-profit. Prior to this position, I worked as an editor in downtown DC. As an editor, we didn't do much writing so I thought starting a blog may be a fun way to incorporate writing into my life.

A few weeks ago, I was asked to write for DC Life Magazine covering fashion in the area. I just had my first article published and am working on a few more. I also am a stylist for Stella and Dot so you may notice a lot of the jewelry in my photos. Weekend Wear + A Winner!

Hope you all had a great weekend! Mine consisted of volunteering (I'll expand on that more Thursday), shopping (hello new boots and thank you J.Crew sale for the shorts!), BBQing and running errands! That last part is so fun, let me tell you.

I can say I'm absolutely obsessed with these green shorts!  I love the length of them - they are perfect in so many ways!
