Happy Wednesday! Neons and pastels are everywhere lately! Which do you prefer? A bold statement like a pair of neon orange pants or a neon yellow dress or take the subtle approach with pastel jackets and tops? I definitely like having both options in my wardrobe so I can wear one or the other depending on the mood I'm in.
