Adventures in San Francisco

Hello everyone!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!  Mine was so much fun!  I didn't get home until really late Sunday though, hence the reason why this is so late.

My trip to San Francisco was so much fun and it was so great to spend time with my friends before I move across the country.  We did the Color Run on Saturday morning, ate at Stacks for brunch (we definitely got the bacon waffle for an appetizer), went to La Boulange and I had my first macaroons ever (I know, I know.  I'm really late to the game!), shopped in the Marina, had dinner with friends from home that have moved to SF at Delfina's, Sunday we lounged and went to coffee at Philz and lunch at Brenda's.  Note on Brenda's: I am still thinking about how good this food was.  If you like French/Southern Soul Food this is an absolute must if you visit the city.  The crawfish beignets and pulled pork eggs benedict were to.die.for.

Here's the weekend in pictures:

The bottom right is the view from my friend's apartment in the marina.  There's a bridge somewhere in that fog!!

  1. I keep hearing about color runs - sounds like so much fun! And every bit of that food looks ah-maze-ing.
