Working Hard or Hardly Working?

Dress and Shirt: H&M, Tights: Kohl's, Shoes: Target, Jewelry: Thrifted gold bracelet, Target leather/chain bracelet and Macy's necklace

Last week was really hard for me at work.  I was up at 5:30 on Tuesday so I could work a little bit before my dentist appointment, I worked a 10 hour day on Wednesday prepping for a seminar we had on Thursday, was up super early [again] on Thursday for said seminar, at said seminar for 4.5 hours and after that my productivity was pretty much shot.  It was rough.  I am also the only one from my office that arrived early to set up the seminar (which I expected because I hadn't instructed anyone else to come help).  I'm the only marketing person at my office for the time being, and I think I've mentioned before that I expect things to get really busy over the next 6 months.  With that said, I'm putting my foot down and going forward assigning people set up and clean up duties to help me out a little bit.  <- This is where I am realizing I am starting to grow a back bone at work, yay me!

Ok so enough of my work drama, on to the fun stuff!  I realized on Thursday morning that this is the second time I've worn this dress for a client event but it just works so well when I'm running around like crazy, need something comfy on (read: not a pencil skirt, high heels, etc.) so I wore it again.  This time though I threw on an olive button up to mix it up.  I think this is a sign that I need to keep my eyes peeled for more dresses like this (so I don't end up wearing the same one all next year, ha!).  Oh and don't mind the worn-out look I'm sporting.  Normally I take pictures before I go to work so I look fairly fresh but I didn't have time Thursday morning, and I also had to take them inside.  Bleh.

Hope you all are having a lovely weekend!  Can I even begin to tell you how much I am looking forward to having a four day weekend next weekend?  I'm sure you can imagine :)
