The Week(s) in Review: Fashion, Food and Fitness

Alright guys, I have a serious confession to make.  I've been out of my mind busy with work the last couple of weeks.  I'm working on a really exciting project and it's pretty much consumed me (in a good way) because I think about it all.the.time.  So much so that I've barely had time to focus on the blog.  And it's amazing what happens when you run out of a back up stock of outfit pictures - you find yourself coming up with more creative ways to send your readers content (ex: today's post and Wednesday's window shopping post...).  

Also I have another confession, while I had the best intentions to start the Tone It Up bikini series this week, it's completely fallen through.  I don't know what planet I'm living on, but the going to bed at 11:30 PM and setting an alarm for 6:00 AM thing is just not happening.  

So without further adieu I'm leaving you with a little bev recipe to help you ring in the warm weather and as a token of my forgiveness for neglecting our weekly recaps.  Let me know what you think

2 tbs lemon juice  //  1 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup water (or sparkling)  //  3/4 cup beer
Ice  //  Lemon for garnish (I clearly forgot this from the picture below)

Let me know if you try this - I found it pretty refreshing on a Sunday afternoon!
