NYC #1 - Refinery 29

My first night in NYC during fashion week was spent at the Refinery 29 First Night party (don't ask how I got in, my friend just totally worked her magic!). 

It started with a bottle ofpProsecco (after my almost 2 hour trek from Newark to Brooklyn.  Oh and let's not discuss how this happened with my 40lb suitcase.  In the subway.  Between the hours of 5:30 and 7pm.  I'd rather not relive those details) to celebrate my arrival and then off to the party!  Solange Knowles dj'd and we danced our booties off!  I got to meet Christine of Court + Hudson (and I have to say she is an absolute doll) along with the rest of the R29 team.  It was amazing - I couldn't have asked for a better welcome to the city.
